Friday, October 10, 2025 Cutoff date for petitions and biographical information. All petition materials must be turned into the Bartlett Office, Suite 200 by 5PM Central Time on this date by appointment.
Saturday, January 3, 2026 Ballots are made available to all members. Date may vary slightly.
Friday, March 6, 2026 Deadline for ballots to be returned.
Thursday, March 19, 2026 Tentative date for the annual business meting to be held at the Bartlett Office in the training room or virtually, 5PM Central Time.
